blue screen ndis sys

Hi there
I keep getting blue screen for no reason, sometimes its just happens, the error is IRQL is not equal to or less and it says NDIS.SYS
any help appreciated.

I have the same problem, about once a day. I suspect a new wireless LAN card(DLINK DWL-G650M), but not sure. Is it a IRQ issue and what can I do about it?
My peripherals are: Vista Beta 2 Build 5384 Intel Pentium M Processor 1500 MHz 768 RAM 40 GB HD with 25 GB free NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 64MB
I kinda like Vista, but this issue is really making me unpatient

If you search the KB on "ndis.sys" you will find articles about Windows 2000 and NT having blue screens due to things like memory leaks resulting from ndis.sys problems. That does not mean that your issue is a memory leak but the related drivers are likely suspects. I suggest that you report the bug with the MBC and follow the directions for including the memory dumps.
